For businesses with a product or service to launch or an existing offer to improve.
One offer for a specific customer group. We prepare the materials and assess the channel through replies and meetings.
An example report that informs the next decision
A channel review template. Hypothetical situations illustrate the decisions; actual metrics come from your systems over an agreed period. These are not IT Specter campaign results.
Clicks, but few enquiries
- Source and definition
- Clicks come from the ad platform; saved enquiries come from the form or CRM. Compare the same period and source.
- Next decision
- Review the offer, landing page and actual form delivery.
Enquiries, but few suitable tasks
- Source and definition
- A qualified enquiry meets agreed criteria and has a next step. Your team records the status.
- Next decision
- Refine the audience, message and form questions.
Proposals, but few payments
- Source and definition
- A paid order is confirmed by the accounting system or payment record. An enquiry or promise to pay is not a sale.
- Next decision
- Review rejection reasons and delays with the sales owner.
A need for repeat purchases
- Source and definition
- Review the customer list, order history and capabilities of existing tools.
- Next decision
- Assess a separate returning-customer workflow, available channels and integrations before proposing it.
How this stage is accepted
- Advice includes findings and prioritised actions.
- A launch includes agreed materials, settings and verified enquiry tracking.
- An ongoing report includes the period, sources, spend, enquiries, qualification, payments and next actions. Missing data is identified.
Audience, offer and next action
We identify the buyer, the alternatives they consider and the questions that hold up a decision. This informs the offer, supporting arguments and next action on the page.
The first stage produces an audience hypothesis, offer, channel priorities and a measurement plan. Implementation is agreed separately or included explicitly in the same estimate.
Materials and channels
Work may include service pages, launch content, expert posts, partnerships or paid campaigns. We choose channels around the offer and available resources.
Paid media budget, campaign setup and ongoing management are separate agreed items. SEO can be commissioned as its own project or combined with marketing.
Measure enquiries beyond the click
We agree events and source tags, then check that enquiries reach your team. Qualification, proposals and payments need to be recorded separately from page views.
Reviews compare enquiry quality with the time and budget spent. We use the available sample and sales cycle to decide what to change next.
Changing a system that already works
We assess your current website, campaigns or CRM first. A replacement or migration is a separate decision with an explanation of the scope and cost.
Record the starting point
Identify the pages, data, access and workflows involved. Agree what must be preserved and who approves changes.
Propose a bounded scope
Compare improvements to the existing system with alternatives. Agree the stage, owner, dependencies and a way to restore the previous state where possible.
Verify before handover
For website or CRM changes, agree backups and a test environment where needed. Check the agreed workflows after release and hand over the change log and instructions.
Advice, implementation or ongoing work
Choose the format that fits the task. A paid audit is not a mandatory entry point for every project.
Advice / assessment
Discuss a specific question and receive recommendations or a plan. Your team can handle implementation.
Implementation
We make the agreed changes, show progress and verify the acceptance criteria.
Support / development
Agree the period, work items, reporting and responsible person separately. New tasks are estimated before work starts.
Work example
Related implementation: landing page production
This example demonstrates page production. It does not establish campaign performance, enquiry quality or an SEO result.
Before we start
Do we need a new website?
No. We can work with your current website and team. Necessary page changes are scoped before work starts.
Can we start without paid ads?
Yes. Content, partnerships and referrals are options; they still require time and execution resources.
Is SEO included?
SEO is a separate service. If you need both, the proposal identifies each workstream and its cost.
